About the Founder and Director

Tshireletso Motatinyane is the founder and Director of Motatinyane Attorneys Inc.. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa in 2022 and went on to complete her Practical Legal Training through LEAD (LSSA) in 2023.
In 2024-2026, she completed her articles at Tlomatsane Attorneys, where she gained extensive hands-on experience across various areas of law. During this period, she regularly appeared in both the District and Regional Magistrates’ Courts, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a deep understanding of courtroom procedure.
She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2026.
Throughout her legal training and early career, Tshireletso has distinguished herself through diligence, professionalism, and a results-oriented approach. She is passionate about providing accessible legal services and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her
